• Set up Email Drip Campaign to Notify Sellers where their Property is being Advertised. (Includes 2 weeks of emails.)

New Listing Deluxe Package - $60.00 Per Listing

• Includes Basic Package plus entering into MLS system, scanning documents, obtaining true taxes, etc)

ReList/Price Reduction - $10.00 Per Listing

• Update Websites with the Adjusted Price.
• Email Updated MLS Printout to Client.
• Email Seller notifying them that sites have been updated with the adjusted price.
